Born: August 8, 1941 in Kharkov, USSR
1956-1960 - Studies at the Institute of Mechanical Chemistry in Kharkov, Diploma in Construction Engineering
1965-1972 - Engineer and chief analyst at the Laboratory for the Study of Information and Decision-Making Processes in the Human Brain, Department of Activity of the Higher Nervous System, Faculty of Biology, Moscow State University.
1972-1980 - Director of Research and Development Laboratory, Vladimir State Pedagogical Institute and research institutes in Tashkent and Biisk, USSR. Areas of research: theoretical and experiment aspects of argumental oscillations and other nonlinear oscillatory phenomena, and their technological applications.
1980-87 - Department Chief, Director of Research at the Energy Research Institute of the USSR Ministry of Energy. Modelling of energy and economic systems, forecasting of scientific and technological development in the area of energy, research into methods of transmission of energy over long distances without cables, application of new principles to the prevention of intense oscillations in high-voltage lines.
1987-89 - Creation of scientific research and production enterprise “VAT”, scientific and technical director, working in the area of development of new principles of transformation of energy.
1989-2003 - Emigration to France. Scientific consultant, collaboration with French research units CNES, ANVAR, MAC in area of new technologies for energy transformation.
2003 until today - Director of Research and Development of the Scientific Research Company “QUANTIX - Société de Recherche et Développement en Technique Vibratoire”.
